Malaga Port

              VISIT TO MALAGA PORT

 On the 29th of October we went to Malaga Port, we went by bus.

   We were in the Alborania museum, here we learn about the history of the Port and the 
   people that lived here: Phoenicians founded our city in the 10th century B.C. Then the 
   Romans came.
   They made garum and they built the Roman theatre and the city wall.

  In Medieval times, we had the Arabs. They trated with pottery, oil, spicies, raisins
  They built the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro castle.
  In the 19th century they built the lighthouse and finished the Port. A German ship
  called "Gneisenau"
   Today we have a new Maritime Stario, Muelle 1 and "El palmeral"
